Hi, I’m Duncan Lyons, owner of DUNCAN Inspection Services located in San Joaquin Valley. After a number of years in the construction industry I began my career in home inspections in 2000. During that time I have completed over 5,000 home inspections in the Modesto, Stockton and surrounding areas.
I have been professionally trained for residential, commercial building and mobile home inspections and adhere to the ASHI standards of practice. I am proud to have provided outstanding service to realtors and their clients over the past 26 years. I carry E&O insurance for all of my inspections and reports are delivered the same day as the inspection. My reports are easy to understand, include easy to read summaries and color pictures. I pride myself on returning phone calls promptly and answer any questions that a realtor or client might have about the report.
